Charity Lawson is clearing the air about the speculation over her recent procedure.
The reality star, who led the 20th Season of “The Bachelorette,” addressed fan concern about her whereabouts in a TikTok she shared Friday by revealing she got breast implants.
“Even if I turn to the side a little bit, it’s still in proportion with my frame,” she explained as she showed off her perkier chest. “I’m very petite and tiny so I knew that going in and I was like, I don’t want this to be like, ‘Oh my God this girl got her t—-es done.’”
“But, like, really I wanted it to be very natural,” she continued. “I wanted it to just be really for me. Ultimately that’s why I’m getting this done, is for myself.”
Lawson, 28, said she had been thinking about going under the knife for “a long time” and when she finally felt ready, she chose to have the surgery performed by Dr. Barrett in Beverly Hills, Calif.
She added that it was “the best decision” she made for herself “in a hot minute” and raved about her quick turnaround time.
“I’m really proud. I’m really happy,” she further gushed before telling fans she will answer any questions they may have about her experience getting a breast augmentation.
As to why she decided to come clean about the surgery, Lawson said she feels it is important to be truthful with her fans. “I want to be the person that when you look at me, you see someone who’s being transparent in the conversation and normalizing these experiences that we or so many of us go through, but we feell like we can’t talk about … out of fear or judgment,” she noted.

“I was very fearful of that, but it’s 2024 and if you ain’t living your life for you at this point, I don’t know what else to tell you,” she added. “It’s the biggest lesson I’ve learned for myself.”
Fans first met Lawson when she competed for Zach Shallcross’s heart on the 27th Season of “The Bachelor.”
She met her fiancé, Dotun Olubeko, during her season of “The Bachelorette,” which aired in 2023.
She then competed on “Dancing with the Stars” last fall.
