Brittany Mahomes’ 15 best Kansas City Chiefs game-day looks

Brittany Mahomes never fails to make a fashion statement on the football field, always sporting bold looks as she cheers on her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Whether twinning with her friend Taylor Swift in custom team jackets or rocking a red dress, Mrs. Mahomes knows how to show her Chiefs pride and can often be spotted in styled emblazoned with her husband’s name and jersey number, 15.

The couple — who were high school sweethearts and married in a spectacular Hawaiian wedding in 2022 — share daughter Sterling Skye and son Bronze, and their little ones have been getting in on the game-day fashion action, too.

Little Sterling even borrowed her mom’s yellow Chanel purse for a pre-game photoshoot during the 2024 AFC championship series.

Below, take a look back at 15 (naturally) of Brittany’s best game-day ‘fits, from leather pants to Chiefs puffers and everything in between.

NFL girlfriend, 2018

Brittany (who still went by her maiden name, Matthews) showed her support for her then-boyfriend — who was drafted by the Chiefs in 2017 — by wearing an adorable puffer hat featuring a furry pompom and his number bedazzled with yellow and white crystals. She styled the hat with a leopard-print coat, keeping the rest of her outfit classic with a black top, Hermès belt and matching black pants.

Mahomes kept the Chiefs theme going with her shoes, coordinating her red booties to her beanie.

She rocked another sweet look at an October 2019 Chiefs game, wearing a custom BroDenim jean jacket covered with gold stars, team logos and “15” on the sleeve. Mahomes — who pulled her hair back in a curly half-up style — teamed the topper with a white tee, black skinny jeans and Off-White x Converse high-tops.

The former soccer player chose a retro look at a November 2019 game — and staked her claim on Mahomes — while wearing a custom Spahkld varsity jacket that read “Dibs on 15” on the black. She wore the gold satin jacket with ripped skinny jeans, pairing them with the same red high-heeled booties she wore earlier in the year.

Happy in houndstooth, 2019

Brittany went for an elegant houndstooth coat at a December 2019 Chiefs game, wearing the black-and-white style with a classic turtleneck and matching dark jeans. She gave the look a pop of team color with a red-and-black quilted Chanel bag as she posed on the field, kicking off a trend of carrying seriously high-end purses to her sporting events.

Super Bowl stripes, 2020

The fitness trainer — who would go on to get engaged to her longtime boyfriend later that summer — wore a dressier look when the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in the 2020 Super Bowl. She selected a red-orange striped blazer dress and knee-high black boots for the big game, adding a black tank top under the minidress.

She cinched her waist with a textured black Gucci belt ($520), adding a Chiefs-themed clear bag to her ‘fit and wearing her hair in soft curls.

Kansas City cropped, 2021

The soon-to-be Mrs. Mahomes wore a cropped red denim jacket reading “Kansas City” across the back as she attended a September 2021 Chiefs game, styling the look with high-waisted black jeans and red heels. The new mom — who welcomed her first child with the NFL star earlier that year — accessorized with a Chiefs-appropriate red Jacquemus crossbody purse ($920) as she cheered for her hubby.

Brittany’s 2022 got off to a stylish start as she rocked a cozy red Louis Vuitton coat for a Chiefs game, pairing it with black joggers and chunky white combat boots. She layered a black shirt and white shacket underneath, accessorizing with plenty of other logos in the form of a black-and-white LV hair bow and a tiny crossbody purse from the French fashion house.

Garter girl, 2022

“Showed up to my Husbands business trip today,” the new Mrs. Mahomes captioned an October 2022 Instagram post, showing off a racy red look along with her growing baby bump. She paired a short red blazer dress with black knee-high boots and a garter belt adorned with her spouse’s jersey number.

Brittany — who would give birth to son Patrick “Bronze” Mahomes III the next month — carried a stadium-approved clear Cult Gaia bag ($498) covered in sparkling crystals.

Bumpin’ in boots, 2022

The Chiefs wife kept it sassy at nine months pregnant in November 2022, wearing a cuddly red Stella McCartney teddy coat over a short black minidress that hugged her bump. She wore thigh-high black boots with her game-day look, pulling her hair up with soft tendrils framing her face.

Just over a year later, fans theorized that Taylor Swift borrowed the red outerwear to cheer on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

Mellow in yellow, 2023

The Kansas City Current co-owner sported multiple shades of yellow during the 2023 NFL playoffs, wearing a long, marigold-colored coat along with pastel trousers and an off-white turtleneck. Of course, she made sure to add a touch of red in the form of her $2,900 Bottega Veneta handbag as she posed for one of her signature on-field pics.

Sunny shorts, 2023

Brittany enjoyed a warm September 2023 day in striped shorts.

Brittany looked adorable as she enjoyed a sunny September game in a pair of red-and-white striped shorts, giving her basic T-shirt a dazzling upgrade with white sequins. She added comfy white kicks and coordinating sunglasses to her summery ‘fit, wearing her hair down in soft waves.

Black-and-white babe, 2023

She opted for a two-tone look in 2023.

The mom of two went for a chic dichromatic look at a December 2023 Chiefs game, sporting a black miniskirt with a coordinating sweater and long white coat. She wore over-the-knee black boots and sheer tights, carrying a red Dior Lady D-Joy purse ($4,900) from her extensive handbag collection.

Lady in red, 2024

In case anyone was wondering which player the busy mom was supporting, she spelled it out on her pants in early 2024, pairing the leather flares with a matching puffer coat emblazoned with her hubby’s number.

She stayed warm in a black fur hat, along with coordinating gloves and boots. And even though little Sterling Skye borrowed her pricey bag before the game, the Chiefs WAG managed to get her yellow Chanel style back before they left the house.

Twinning with Taylor, 2024

Mrs. Mahomes twinned with her new pal Taylor Swift in custom puffer coats at a January 2024 Chiefs playoff game, modeling designs by San Francisco 49ers player Kyle Juszczyk’s wife, Kristin Juszczyk. Brittany’s red jacket was a puffy play on her husband’s jersey, naturally, and featured his number 15 on the front, while the pop star’s coat paid tribute to Kelce.

The fitness guru wore a white turtleneck under her jacket, sporting black leather pants and a furry white bucket hat for the exciting game against the Miami Dolphins.

Brittany channeled Selena Gomez at the 2024 AFC championship game, donning the same black-and-white Ronny Kobo faux leather trench ($898) the “Only Murders in the Building” actress wore earlier in 2024 — but with several customized details.

The mom of two added her husband’s number on the coat’s lapels and their last name written in capital letters down the back. She later topped off her look with an AFC championship hat, posing with Swift in their matching caps as they celebrated their partners’ win against the Baltimore Ravens.

When it comes to the 2024 Super Bowl, we have no doubt this ever-fashionable WAG will show her team pride in style.
