Corinne Foxx gets engaged to boyfriend Joe Hooten after father Jamie’s health scare

Corinne Foxx is off the market.

The “Beat Shazaam” co-host announced Sunday that she and her boyfriend, Joe Hooten, have gotten engaged.

“From the first time I saw you, I knew you were my forever 💍❤️,” she captioned an Instagram series of black-and-white photos from their engagement shoot.

The images show Foxx, who is the daughter of actor Jamie Foxx and ex Connie Cline, and Hooten aboard a sail boat and embracing in a series of romantic poses.

Corinne, 29, also shared photos on her Instagram Story that were taken at her and Hooten’s engagement party.

The “Ray” star has neither publicly commented on Corinne’s engagement nor did he appear in any of the celebratory photos.

The “Am I Doing This Right?” podcast co-host’s engagement comes after Jamie, 56, seemingly has made a full recovery from his undisclosed health scare that hospitalized him for weeks.

While attending the Critics Choice Association Awards Celebration of Cinema & Television Honoring Black, Latino & AAPI Achievements earlier this month, the Oscar winner fought back tears as he accepted the Vanguard award.

“You know, it’s crazy, I couldn’t do that six months ago — I couldn’t actually walk,” Jamie began his 12-minute speech, before taking a pause to collect himself.

The “Beat Shazaam” co-host announced the exciting news on Sunday — months after her father Jamie Foxx’s mysterious health scare.

“I’m not a clone, I’m not a clone. I know a lot of people who were saying I was cloned out there,” he quipped. “I want to thank everybody. I’ve been through something, I’ve been through some things.”

The “Burial” actor kept details of his health emergency vague, telling attendees that he wouldn’t “wish what I went through on my worst enemy.”

“I have a new respect for life. I have a new respect for my art. I watched so many movies and listened to so many songs trying to have the time go by,” he said.

“Don’t give up on your art, man, don’t give up.”

Corinne announced in April that her father had a “medical complication” but was steadily recovering. She never disclosed what ailed Jamie, but he eventually moved from the hospital to a physical rehab facility in Chicago.

These days the “Just Mercy” star has been getting into the holiday spirit, having decked out his $10.5 million mansion with Christmas decor and lights.
