Elle Fanning, 25, holds hands with Rolling Stone CEO Gus Wenner, 33, after dinner date in NYC

Elle Fanning has seemingly moved on with Rolling Stone CEO Gus Wenner following her split from longtime boyfriend Max Minghella.

Fanning, 25, and Wenner, 33, were photographed walking hand-in-hand through New York City Thursday night after enjoying a bite with Lorde, 26, actress Annabelle Dexter Jones and Gus’ brother, Theo Wenner, at The Waverly Inn.

After grabbing dinner, the group headed over to another West Village hotspot for a nightcap before going their separate ways.

While on their way home, the duo held onto each other tightly as they braced the cold NYC temperatures.

The duo grabbed dinner with some friends — and Wenner’s brother — in West Village.

Fanning kept covered in a long black coat over jeans, which she paired with black ballet flats.

The magazine exec also wore jeans and a black coat atop his plaid button-down and tan scarf. While Wenner held Fanning in one hand, he used the other to hold onto his lit cigarette as the pair strolled the streets.

The new romance comes seven months after the “Maleficent” star confirmed she was single again in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

Both Fanning and Wenner donned jeans and thick black coats.

However, Fanning noted that she hadn’t given up on love and still dreamed of starting a family one day.

“I’m a hopeless romantic. I believe in love at first sight,” she told the magazine. “Call me crazy, but I believe in those things. I feel that it’s my destiny.”

“The Great” actress and Minghella, 38, started dating in 2018 after meeting while shooting “Teen Spirit.”

While it’s unclear how long the two have been together, Fanning announced she was single in April.

Although the two kept their romance under wraps for a while, they eventually made their red carpet-debut at the 2019 Met Gala.

Just months prior to their split, a source told Us Weekly the duo was “super solid” in their relationship despite their 13-year age gap.

“The age difference isn’t an issue at all,” the insider claimed at the time. “Elle loves how mature and intelligent Max is. He’s a real intellect with a big passion for arts and culture.”

Neither Minghella nor Fanning ever revealed what led to their split.

Meanwhile, Gus has kept most of his private life out of the public eye since taking over for his dad at Rolling Stone in 2016.

While he was linked to Maya Hawke in 2019, things seemingly fizzled out quickly between the two.
