Kate Middleton all smiles in first sighting from farm shop outing that further sparked conspiracy theories

She’s alive!

In a video obtained by TMZ, Kate Middleton proved naysayers wrong when she was seen looking happy and healthy while visiting a local farm stand with her husband, Prince William, over the weekend.

Despite a flurry of internet conspiracies about her health, the Princess of Wales looked comfortable in a more casual outfit than the public is used to seeing, stepping out in leggings and a zip-up sweatshirt.

She paired the all-black athletic outfit with sneakers and pulled her hair into a ponytail.

The Prince of Wales, meanwhile, matched her laid-back look with what appears to be a pair of jeans, sneakers and an overcoat. He kept a low-profile by wearing a baseball cap.

The pair each carried a shopping bag full of goodies.

The video came hours after The Sun reported that Middleton, 42, had stopped by the stand after she and William, 41, watched their three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, play sports.

“After all the rumors that had been going ’round, I was stunned to see them there,” one spy shared with the outlet. “Kate was out shopping with William, and she looked happy and she looked well.”

The eyewitness added, “The kids weren’t with them, but it’s such a good sign she was healthy enough to pop down to the shops.”

The mom of three hadn’t been seen in public since Christmas Day, which was weeks before she underwent a scheduled abdominal surgery; however, sources later said Kate’s most senior staff weren’t even aware she was experiencing health issues.

Her long absence — as well as a heavily edited Mother’s Day photo — has prompted internet sleuths and conspiracy theorists to speculate not only about where she’s been but also why she’s been away so long.

One such theory involves Lady Rose Hanbury, the woman at the center of William’s alleged affair. An attorney for Wills, however, called the rumors “false and highly damaging” in 2019.

A couple of weeks ago, Kate was photographed in the passenger seat of a car driven by her mother, Carole Middleton, but many social media users believed it was actually Kate’s sister, Pippa, in the vehicle.

The future queen has yet to address her health issues directly, but Kensington Palace originally stated she’d resume public duties after Easter.

Simultaneously, King Charles III has been grappling with a health issue of his own since he was diagnosed with cancer. Buckingham Palace hasn’t specified what type of cancer the monarch has.
