Barbie meets the SAGs.
Margot Robbie wore her best pink attire to hit the SAG Awards 2024 red carpet in Los Angeles Saturday, wearing a very ’80s black-and-pink mini from Schiaparelli’s fall/winter 2020 couture collection.
The 33-year-old actress, who plays the titular role in Greta Gerwig’s hit flick, delivered plenty of glam vibes in her fun ‘fit, which featured a piece of pink fabric that tied around her waist and formed a massive flounce at her shoulder, finishing off in a dramatic train.
She styled her hair in a perfect doll-like ‘do with beachy waves, adding almost 100 carats of Lorraine Schwartz jewels including a 30-carat custom-made diamond anklet, a 25-carat diamond ring and sparkling statement earrings weighing in at more than 40 carats.
While she didn’t appear to be channeling a specific Barbie on Saturday, 1984’s “Dream Date” doll features a very similar pink shoulder flounce.
This is far from the first Barbie recreation Robbie has worn on the red carpet this awards season, with the star rocking a seriously pink gown in honor of Superstar Barbie to the Golden Globes in January.
And while it wasn’t a direct copy of a Mattel look, she didn’t forget her pink at the BAFTAs last week, sporting a chic pale pink-and-black Armani Privé gown to the British awards ceremony.

Of course, she’s sported many other Barbie ‘fits over the past year as she’s promoted the movie, ranging from colorful minidresses to glam pink evening gowns.
Although Robbie was snubbed for an Oscars 2024 nomination, she earned a best actress nod at the SAG Awards, and Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling, who plays Ken, is up for best supporting actor.
“Barbie” is nominated for four awards in total at the annual ceremony, with the hit movie also nominated for best cast and an award for stunt ensemble performances.
