Is Meghan Markle an Instagram wife?
The Duchess of Sussex was seen proudly snapping photos of her husband, Prince Harry, as he went skeleton sledding during day two of the Invictus Games One Year to Go event in Whistler, Canada, on Thursday.
Markle, 42, cheerfully used her iPhone to record the Duke of Sussex, 39, gliding down a snowy ramp as he clutched onto his sled while wearing a helmet for safety.
The “Suits” alum giggled as Harry zipped down headfirst on the sled at an impressive speed of nearly 100 kilometers per hour, CBC reported.
Markle was dressed stylishly for the chilly weather in a blue puffer coat, black tight pants, a navy beanie and a matching scarf.
She kept her feet dry in heavy-duty snow boots and wore her long, brown curls down around her face, which was primped with minimal makeup.
Meanwhile, Harry stayed warm in an athletic quarter-zip, green pants and sneakers.
On Valentine’s Day, the Sussexes were seen holding hands during day one of the sports event for wounded, injured or sick veterans and active servicemen and women.
During his Canadian visit, Harry sat down with “Good Morning America” and opened up about his brief visit with King Charles III after his father announced his cancer diagnosis earlier this month.
“Look, I love my family,” he said.
“The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him, I’m grateful for that.”

He added that his father’s condition could pave the way for reunification between him and his family.
“Throughout all these [Invictus Games] families, I see it on a day-to-day basis, the strength of the family unit coming together,” he shared.
Tensions have been high between Harry and his dad since the Sussexes quit their royal duties in 2020 and moved to Montecito, Calif., where they now live with their two kids: Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2.
The couple aired their family’s dirty laundry in several interviews and in their 2022 “Harry & Meghan” Netflix docuseries. Harry also dragged his dad and brother, Prince William, in his “Spare” memoir last year.
The Invictus Games founder has since stayed away from his family, only seeing them during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022 and his father’s coronation ceremony last year.
With Harry’s swift visit to the UK, the father-son duo appear to be on their way to making amends.
However, the same may not be true for Harry and the Prince of Wales — who allegedly got into a physical scuffle over Markle.
