Noah Cyrus’ wildest fashion moments: From Paris Fashion Week to the Grammys

Noah Cyrus has never been afraid to walk on the wild side.

While the “July” singer has plenty of famous relatives in the form of big sis Miley and dad Billy Ray, her bold sense of style puts her in a class of her own.

Noah got her start as a child actress on Miley’s hit Disney show, “Hannah Montana,” eventually releasing her own debut album in 2022.

And while she rocked some tamer looks in her younger days, Noah — who allegedly hooked up with mom Tish Cyrus’ new husband, Dominic Purcell, before the pair got together — has leaned heavily into the less-is-more aesthetic in recent years.

From her frequent appearances at Paris Fashion Week to her on-stage ‘fits, the “Lonely” singer now favors sheer fabrics and unusual combos on the red carpet.

Below, take a look at 15 of our favorite fashion moments from the Grammy nominee, from bikini-inspired bling to baby bonnets.

Bedazzled bikini

Noah put a scandalous twist on Western wear while performing “This Is Us” with Jimmie Allen at the 2020 CMT Awards, going full “sci-fi cowgirl” in a sheer Saga NYC bodysuit bedazzled with a strategically placed crystal bra and thong.

The singer accessorized with a blinged-out white cowboy hat and opera gloves from Phallic Cvnt, along with thigh-high Jeffrey Campbell boots.

The look drew plenty of backlash — with Noah memorably responding by tweeting, “My body my choice, bitch” — and became 2020’s most-Googled celebrity outfit in the process.

Spreading her wings

Noah showed off a dramatic white Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown with a sculptural cape as she walked the red carpet at the 2021 Grammys.

The up-and-coming singer was nominated for best new artist that year, and although she didn’t take home the trophy, she certainly got some attention for the unusual look, which social media users compared to a comforter, toilet paper and crumpled Kleenex.

Girl on fire

The singer made a fiery statement in a red lace dress and matching face covering finished with a Tudor-style ruff in promotional images for her single “I Burned LA Down” in 2022.

An extra-long black braid peeked out from under her mask as she stood in front of a flaming backdrop, with Noah writing on Instagram at the time, “i hope yall like the song it means the entire world to me.”

Ready to shred

Noah opted for a distressed design to perform at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in 2022, wearing a one-shouldered brown dress with an eye-catching tattered skirt. The shredded style featured a single mesh sleeve and cutouts at the bust and hip.

The musician added tall brown boots to her look, accessorizing with dangling statement earrings.

She layered a baroque-print bodysuit on top of the edgy ensemble.

Chain reaction

Noah channeled Morticia Addams (and barely covered her chest) as she stepped out in a Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture gown later the same week.

She paired the designer dress — which featured a thick black chain strategically draped along her bustline — with sheer black tights, strappy heels and trendy bleached brows.

Blue moon

Noah sported another celestial print at the Viktor & Rolf Haute Couture show, wearing an off-the-shoulder patchwork gown trimmed with blue feathers.

The dress — which hailed from Viktor & Rolf’s fall 2019 couture collection — featured a large moon design at the center and shimmery silver, blue and black quilt-like squares. The “Mr. Percoset” singer wore her hair in a sleek, straight style for the show, adding bold gold earrings to the look.

All tired up

She went viral for another Paris Fashion Week look in February 2023, stepping out in a bizarre tire-like design by Colors.

The musician’s black puffer gown featured stacks of quilted layers and tiny arm holes at the hips, as well as a high-necked hood and tube-like hat.

While Noah’s Instagram post featuring the look has since been deleted, mom Tish hilariously left dropped tire emojis in the comments section at the time, while fans left remarks like, “It’s giving stack of tires, but in a slay way of course.”

Noah paired her hood with a white tank dress and over-the-knee boots, adding a pair of sheer white gloves to finish things off.

Sheer sparkles

She hit Milan Fashion Week in a racy metallic look in 2023, selecting a hooded knit dress that left little to the imagination.

The quirky design featured a cutout in the back for Noah’s ponytail to peek through, and the star boldly styled the gown sans bra.

Tall ‘tail

While her high-necked gray knit dress leaned corservative, the “Again” singer went for a bold beauty moment to perform at the GLSEN Rise UP LA benefit gala in October 2023.

Noah’s floor-length hair extensions were pulled into a red carpet-sweeping ponytail for the event, with the yards of locks sectioned into rubber bands for a bubble-like effect.

Next dimension

The “This Is Us” singer returned to Paris Fashion Week in January 2024, bringing her signature edgy style to both the front row and the city streets.

Noah attended the Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture spring/summer 2024 show in a sheer brown caftan-like design adorned with 3D embellishments at the bodice and topped with a diamond collar.

Cap and gown

Noah donned an edgy black gown for the Maison Margiela show later the same week, selecting a slinky number with a structural folded-over collar.

The “I Burned LA Down” singer covered her hair with a black swim cap and clutched a microscopic handbag as she posed for photos outside the show.

Front-row flasher

She once again hit the City of Light in March 2024 to take in Paris Fashion Week‘s womenswear fall/winter 2024–2025 shows, going dark and sultry in a sheer lace gown at the Vetements show.

Paris Fashion Week brought another avant-garde look from the “I’m Stuck” singer, who had a masked moment at the Marine Serre presentation.

Along with one of the brand’s crescent-moon catsuits, Noah wore a dark balaclava and wrapped several printed scarves around her body for added drama.

What this fashion-forward musician will wear next is anyone’s guess, but we’ll be along for the ride.
