Olivia Culpo denied going under the knife to accomplish her sharp jawline and snatched cheekbones.
The Sports Illustrated Swim model, 31, candidly shared all of the non-invasive cosmetic procedures she has done to her face, including Botox and fillers, in a video shared to her TikTok on Sunday.
“Everybody’s always interested in talking about, what fillers do you do, what Botox do you do? All of these things, blah blah blah,” she said in the Get Ready With Me clip, before clarifying, “I, for the record, have never had plastic surgery.”
The “Culpo Sisters” star said that she doesn’t judge anyone who has opted to get surgery but denied doing anything surgical to her jaw.
She also denied getting buccal fat removal and claimed that her face is just “more sunken in now” than it was 10 to 12 years ago.
I will tell you guys exactly what I do,” she said, explaining that she gets Botox in her temples and on her chin but not on her forehead because it would lift her eyebrows up in a way she wouldn’t like.
The former Miss USA also said that used to get Botox in her jaw “to slim it” but that now she is just “embracing” her “natural structure.”
While she did admit to getting filler in her lips, she does not do filler in her cheeks or jaw.
“I have done filler before in my cheeks, but I haven’t in years,” she explained. “I don’t want my face to be so concave.”
She also tried Botox above her mouth but said that it made her pout look “insane and “just too much.”
“So that’s the tea,” she said, before adding that she also just underwent a 4-hour lash lift.
The TLC personality also detailed the importance of skincare maintenance and swears by regular facials.
“I’m just kind of doing all the things because of my wedding,” Culpo said, referring to her upcoming nuptials with fiancé Christian McCaffrey. She and the San Francisco 49ers running back, 27, got engaged in April 2023 after four years of dating.
Culpo explained that she loves getting treatments at Biologique Recherche and recently tried using a Sofwave laser to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

The model also said she’s been using Latisse eyelash serum on her eyebrows to get a bushier look.
“I don’t know if that’s FDA approved, so like, please don’t sue me,” she joked.
Culpo ended the video by reminding her fans that “happiness is just an inside job at the end of the day.”
“You can do all these things ’cause it’s fun to you or not but, I don’t know, I just wanted to be honest with you guys because I also think that gatekeeping is really lame,” she said.
Several of Culpo’s followers thanked the influencer for being honest about all of her cosmetic work.
“Love that you shared your injections! ❤️,” one person commented on the post.
“Love the transparency and 0 gatekeeping! ❤️✨,” a second person said.
“Thanks for being transparent Olivia you are gorgeous,” another added.
