Sean Burke slams estranged wife Braunwyn Windham-Burke for not spending enough time with kids

Sean Burke is looking to reduce his child support payments to estranged wife Braunwyn Windham-Burke because he claims he is with their children the majority of the time.

Burke filed court documents, obtained by Page Six, in a California court on Oct. 18 claiming he has had the children “without” Windham-Burke for “2/3 of the time” because she has taken “personal vacations.”

“Since this is half of the time we based child support on, I ask that it be adjusted to $3,000 ($750 per child),” he writes in the documents.

The businessman and the former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star share Bella, 23, Rowan, 21, Jacob, 18, twins Caden and Curren, 10, Koa, 8, and Hazel, 5.

Burke also states in the documents that he has delayed in paying child support and alimony because his employer, ETT, “has not paid any of the $26K monthly due” because it is “late in payroll.”

The matter will be heard by a judge on Nov. 17.

Windham-Burke came out as gay in 2020 and is now engaged to Jennifer Spinner.

The reality star and Spinner got engaged over the summer and revealed they are going to throw a “lesbian camp”-themed wedding.

“I think he should be there. He can be in my wedding party,” Windham-Burke said of her estranged husband’s presence at her upcoming nuptials.

“He might come for one day, probably not all three,” Spinner added of their extravaganza, which will take place near their home in Franklin, Tenn., in next fall.
