That does impress her much.
Shania Twain said it was “really cool” to see Taylor Swift rocking a T-shirt with her name and likeness recently.
“Isn’t she a doll?” the “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” singer said during an appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show” Tuesday.
When Barrymore called Swift a “great model for girls,” Twain added, “I feel like I’m her aunt or something … we’re in sync in a lot of ways.”
The “From This Moment On” singer, 58 — who, like Swift, shifted genres from country to pop — told Barrymore she also had “a lot of respect and compassion” for the 12-time Grammy winner, 33.
“The weight of any young artist in her position is enormous, and she just gets through it seemingly so effortlessly … but we all know that it’s a lot of effort, a lot of work. She’s a hard, hard worker, Twain added.
“Anyway, it’s really cool. I think that was sweet of her.”
Swift sported the Daydreamer tee ($88) printed with Twain’s 1995-era “Any Man Of Mine” artwork while out and about in New York on Oct. 3; while the style was a swift sellout, it’s now back in stock.

The “Cruel Summer” songstress has been a fan of Twain’s for many years, even dedicating a TikTok to the country legend’s transition to pop in 2021 and inviting her to the Eras Tour this year.
More than a decade ago, the musical duo filmed a “Thelma and Louise” parody for the 2011 CMT Awards, proof that their relationship’s stood the test of time.
Perhaps we’ll see Twain return the favor by rocking some Swift merch of her own.
