Shia LaBeouf’s wife, Mia Goth, sued by movie extra for allegedly kicking him in the head — on purpose

Mia Goth is being sued by a movie extra for allegedly kicking him in the head — on purpose.

A man who was cast to play a small part in “MaXXXine” filed a battery and wrongful termination lawsuit against the actress, the horror film’s director, Ti West, and its production company, A24, TMZ reported Friday.

The background actor, whom the outlet did not name, claimed things got physical last year during a late-night shoot.

According to the man, they were filming a scene that called for him to wear a robe and be covered in fake blood while lying in the dirt and playing dead for several hours, “enduring ants and mosquitos.”

He said Goth, 30, was supposed to run past him, step over him, look at him and keep running.

But after she allegedly “nearly stepped” on him, the actor claimed Goth — who also starred as Maxine Minx in “X” and “Pearl” — was warned to be careful.

While shooting the next take, the actress allegedly “intentionally kicked” him in the head with her boot.

He claimed the alleged kick caused serious pain and neck stiffness but that no medical assistance was provided on set.
