Sydney Sweeney channels vintage Madonna in white dress and thigh-high lace sock-shoes at SXSW

She’s a “Material Girl.”

Sydney Sweeney brought back memories of Madonna’s 1980s looks at the premiere of her new movie, “Immaculate” at SXSW 2024 on Tuesday, wearing frilly lace thigh-highs and a voluminous white dress on the red carpet.

The “Anyone But You” star, 26, made a vintage fashion statement at the Austin, Texas, festival, sporting a custom Richard Quinn white lace dress with billowing off-the-shoulder chiffon detail.

The “Euphoria” actress added what, at first glance, looks like white lace thigh-high socks, but it turns out the sheer stockings were actually attached to her white pumps.

She went with minimal accessories for the horror movie’s premiere, sporting pearl drop earrings and a sparkling ring.

Sweeney showed off a fresh, natural beauty look with glossy nude lipstick and taupe eye makeup, wearing another ’80s style on her nails in the form of a French manicure.

Sweeney wore her fresh bob cut in a sleek blowout after debuting the new style on the Vanity Fair Oscars Party red carpet Sunday.

Speaking of Vanity Fair, the “White Lotus” actress rocked another white look for the star-studded bash on Sunday, stepping out in the same white halter gown that Angelia Jolie wore to the 2004 Oscars.

One thing is for sure, Sweeney is in her white-hot vintage era.
